Dingley Net’s Fair Use Policy (FUP) aims to provide fair and equitable Internet access to all users. Dingley Net maintains the right to manage the network to ensure fair and equitable use of our services for all its customers.

Our Internet access is a service shared by many customers and we will ensure that no one customer or small group of customers unfairly affects the usage of our service to the detriment of the majority of our customers.

As part of the FUP for our unlimited download plans, you may find that if you download or upload large amounts of data that your data transfer rate may be reduced or your account suspended without advance notification. This is dependant upon your usage level and our network load.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes fair use.

Dingley Net reserves the right to update this policy without notice. Any such updates will be published to our website, www.dingley.net, and will be deemed to take effect upon publication to the website. This will revoke any earlier versions.
