The following changes
are simply and will take you less than 30 seconds to complete. You
can not cause any problem to your system or make any mistake that
we can not sort out over the telephone for you if you get it wrong,
so don't be concerned if you have not done this sort of thing before.
Just follow these simple steps.
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
and click on 'Tools'.

2. Click on 'E-mail Accounts'

3. Ensure you select
'View or change existing e-mail accounts and then click on 'Next'

4. Click on 'Change'

5. Add @dingley.net to
your existing User Name and then click 'Next'

6. Repeat steps 4 &
5 for any additional Dingley.Net e-mail accounts and then click
'Finish'

7. Try
to Send & Receive email again. If you are connected to the internet
and still get an error message, please call 9558 2456 between 9am
and 6pm Monday to Friday for assistance.
