Computer service charges start from only $25.00. At Dingley Computers we cap our service charge at $99.00 for all software related problems. This way our customers can relax knowing the maximum price to fix the software problems before they leave the store. Should a system have hardware problems we will call you with details including prices and options so that YOU can decide what to do before we go ahead.

Upgrades

We offer our customers a free evaluation service where will inspect your system and give you the best advise as to the upgrade options available to you. Call us to arrange an appointment.

Most systems can benefit from some additional RAM or a larger or additional hard drive. Depending on the age of the system it may also be possible to upgrade the processor.

In some cases it may be necessary to give the system a complete overhaul by upgrading the Motherboard, Processor, Ram and Hard Drive. Either way, we offer good, honest advice so that you can confidently choose the best option for YOU.

Don't panic! In many cases, Dingley Computers has been able to retrieve data from faulty hard drives when all is thought to be lost. In some cases we are also able to recover data from a hard drive that has been re-formatted.

Data Recovery starts at $500.00 and upwards depending on the procedures required for retrieval. A minimum service fee of $100.00 is applicable to all Data Recovery services.
